Please understand:

At CSG Photos, we strive to provide our clients with an exceptional photography experience, tailored to their specific needs. While our standard rate sheet offers a comprehensive overview of our fees, please note that each project is unique and may involve additional costs not covered by the standard rates. These additional costs can include, but are not limited to, travel expenses, accommodation, and other project-specific requirements.

We highly recommend contacting us for a personalized consultation to ensure that we provide you with the most accurate pricing for your project. During this consultation, we will discuss the scope of your project, address any specific needs or requirements you may have, and provide a detailed, customized quote that takes into account all potential expenses.

By working closely with you and understanding your unique vision, we can help you achieve the best possible outcome for your photography project while ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the costs involved. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us; we’re more than happy to answer any questions and help guide you through the process.

ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY STANDARD RATES

We operate using two basic fees: Photographer Fee and Post Production Fee.
Photographer Fee: This component reflects the time and skill required to complete the project, including pre-production tasks: Client meetings, advance site visits, and other site-specific preparation. The Photographer Fee also includes a boilerplate set of standard licensing rights (Editorial, Trade Show Display, Corporate Brochures, Website, Social Media, Professional Competitions, Trade Magazines, and Wall Display).

Post-Production Fee:

After the initial shoot, we spend significant time editing your images to make them perfect. This can include color correction, retouching, compositing, and preparing master files for final delivery. It is not unusual for the Post Production work to consume as much time as the photography.

Typical Project Example:

10-image shot list
‣ Photographer Fee: $1,200/day
‣ Post Production: $1,000 ($100/image x 10)
‣ Total: $2,200

COST SHARING MODEL

Sharing the cost of a project is a common and valuable practice. It is very beneficial to consider other parties who might benefit from photographs of your project: The owner, interior designers, landscape architects, contractors, consultants, tenants, product manufacturers, engineers, etc.
We charge a licensing fee for each additional party, then divide the total fee by the number of parties involved, which can lead to huge savings for each client.

Typical Project Example (2 parties):

10-image shot list
‣ Photographer Fee: $1,200/day
‣ Post Production: $1,000 ($100/image x 10)
‣ Additional Party Licensing: $600
‣ Subtotal: $2,800/2
TOTAL: $1,400/ea
